December Favourites!

Hey everyone!

So I'm going to write my Decemeber favourites for you today, luckily I've able to upload this quicker than I uploaded my November favourites!
I have 6 favourites for you this month including makeup, fragrance, skincare and music!

First up is the Cacharel Scarlett Perfume.
Yes, this has been included in my favourites for October, November and December but it has a very gorgeous scent and I've been wearing it pretty much everyday so I had to include it again!

Next is another fragrance and it is the Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy La Fleur Perfume.
If you saw my 'What I Got For Christmas' post, then you know that I recieved this for one of my Christmas presents this year.
It has a gorgeous scent to it that lasts for a very long time. I have been wearing this since I was given it and I can tell this will be in a lot of my monthly favourites posts!

Next is the Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder - 001 Transparent.
I purchased this after my e.l.f. powder ran out and this is a very nice product! It sets your makeup well, lasts for a very long time and provides a small extra amount of coverage.

Next is the e.l.f. Nail Polish - Red Velvet.
I used this for my Christmas nail design and it is a gorgeous shade of red with slight shimmer.
A very festive colour that can still be worn all year round!

Second to last is the LUSH Ultrabland Facial Cleanser.
I purchased the 45g tub of this in July and it lasted for about 5 months and I decided to purchase the 100g tub. This is a really good product and is definitely one of my holy grail skincare products!
I recommend this to anyone and will continue to repurchase this.

Last is the Red (Deluxe Edition) - Taylor Swift Album.

I also recieved this for Christmas and I have had this on repeat since I got it and it is a really good album. I recommend this for everyone to listen to!

That's it for my December favourites and I wish everyone a happy new year!
What were you loving throughout December? Have you tried any of these products?

Christmas Haul | What I Got for Christmas 2012

Hey everyone!

I hope you all had a lovely Christmas!

Today I am going to show you what I got given for Christmas this year from my friends and family!
I love reading blogs and watching these types of videos and first of all, I am not bragging about what I got given but I have been asked by some people to write this so I thought I would:)

I got a lot of chocolate like every year but too much to photograph!
I also got more money this year because I wasn't sure what to ask for but I got given some stuff that people might think that I would like.

I got these Sally Hansen Salon Effects Real Nail Polish Strips - 330 Fly With Me
These will be great for french tips or all over the nail if I don't have enough time to paint a design.
These are a gorgeous design and can't wait to use them!

I got this Strawberry Cube from The Body Shop which contains a loofah sponge and two miniatures of the Strawberry Shower Gel and the Strawberry Body Puree which smell gorgeous!

The Japonesque Professional Lash Curler has been on my wishlist since I saw it on YouTube in Sineady Cady's (The Make Up Chair) videos.
It is a lot easier to curl your eyelashes with this than the traditional style eyelash curlers.

I didn't ask for anything nail polish related but my mum found this Runway Nails Inc Set which contains a nail file, 6 full size Nails Inc polishes and a mini bottle of the Kensington top coat.
The full size nail polishes included are; Porchester Square, Marylebone, Holland Park, Tate, The Thames and Blenheim Terrace.

I also got a 40ml bottle of the Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy La Fleur Perfume.
This has both gorgeous packaging and a gorgeous scent!

I got this Boutique Compact Mirror which is gorgeous and helpful to put in my bag seeing as I lost my other compact mirror.

I got this Polka-Dot Photo Album as well but I have another 2-3 photo albums to fill up before this one!

I got this phone charm and tree decoration as well as a handmade necklace, some nail gems and nail wraps as a few mini gifts.

I got the Deluxe Edition of Taylor Swift's album 'Red' from my sister.
I've had this on repeat since I got it and it is a really good album!

This set of miniature shower creams was also a mini gift and contains 3 shower creams.
The scents are fruity citrus, tropical coconut and fruity lemon.

This is a set of Mark Hill hair products that I got from my mum and stepdad which contains 4 different hair products to give you straighter hair.

I also got this tin of 4 different Nivea lip balms.

My grandparents gave me this 500ml bottle of the Taaj Eau Micellaire De L'Himalaya Micellar Cleansing Water.
I have had my eye on this since I saw it in a few of Zoella's YouTube videos.

This is the Rio Nail Studio which is designed to make it easier for you to paint your nails with a tilted hand rest, nail polish holder and a bottle with a pump action for nail polish remover.

I got three miniatures of the Soap and Glory Daily Smooth Body Butter, Scrub 'Em and Leave 'Em Body Buff and Clean On Me Shower Gel.

Finally, I got given the Official 2013 The Big Bang Theory Calender.

So that's everything! I am very grateful to everyone for what I was given:)

Thanks for reading and I have three posts lined up for you soon!
What did you get for Christmas? What was your favourite gift?

November Favourites!

Hey everyone!

I'm sorry I'm posting this quite far into December but I haven't been able to find a spare moment to write this post but anyway here are my November favourites!

First up is the Aussie Take the Heat 3 Minute Miracle Deep Treatment Conditioner.

I purchased this recently when Superdrug had a 'buy one get one free' offer on some Aussie products.
They didn't have my usual condiitoner in stock and I had wanted to give this a try and I really like it!
It leaves your hair feeling really soft and smooth and I would definitely recommend this for a occassional deep treatment for your hair:)

Next is the L'Oreal Elvive Extraordinary Oil.

I purchased this quite a long time ago but didn't really use it but recently I have been using a few drops of this after washing and straightening my hair.
I apply it to the ends of my hair and a little bit above and I can see a slight difference.
A few people have also asked whether or not I had died my hair but seeing as it is the only new product I have been using regularly on my hair I knew it was this!
This oil also makes your hair feel incredibly soft and smooth:)

Next is the Cacharel Scarlett Perfume.

I actually included this in my October favourites as well but I have been using this everyday in November and everyday in December so far.
This has a really gorgeous scent to it and I have had a lot of compliments:P

Next is the Vaseline Limited Edition Creme Brulee Lip Balm.

I borrowed this from my mum for a few days but I have been using this for over a month now and I really like it!
It is very moisturising and it smells amazing however, it isn't the best product for chapped lips.

Second to last is the NYX Concealer Jar.

I purchased this at the Olympia Beauty Show at the end of September and I have been using this under my foundation where I need a little extra coverage but not under my eyes.
This is really creamy, gives great coverage and blends very well.

Last is an Essie Nail Polish.

This is the colour Exotic Liras and it is a really gorgeous shade of red that is inbetween burgundy and a classic bright red.
This applies really well and lasts a very long time!
I definitely recommend Essie Nail Polishes.

Thanks for reading and I hope you found some new products to try out!

What were you loving in November?

HUGE Collective Haul! | Boots, Primark, Topshop, BCC, OPI and more!

Hey everyone!

So I have a very long and overdue post for you today.
This is the collective haul post that I have mentioned a few times but I kept purchasing more things so I kept waiting to post it!
I can't remember all of the offers but I will mention the ones I know.
I have roughly 70 products to include in this haul so I best get started or it will be too long!

First from The Body Shop I purchased two items.

I chose the Lily Cole Lip and Cheek Dome (Crazy for Coral) and the Lily Cole High Shine Lip Treatment (Go Play.)
The dome was £6 and the lipgloss was £2.

I have mentioned this brush in a lot of my posts recently and it is the Blank Canvas Cosmetics F16 Brush. I love this brush and I would definitely recommend it!
I purchased this while they had a discount for roughly 33% off this brush so I ordered it when I had the opportunity!
This was approximately £9.38.

I purchased quite a few products from Boots and Superdrug.
I got;

I have never used a hair oil before but after seeing the adverts and reviews for the L'Oreal Elvive Extraordinary Hair Oil, I decided to pick it up while it was on its introductory price offer.
I have used this a little but not religiously.
I purchased this for £6.65.

The Bourjois Magic Nail Polish Remover is one product that is very popular in the blogosphere and I had been looking into buying it for a while and eventually decided to pick it up as the cost of cotton pads was getting a bit too much as I use them a lot already.
I really like this and definitely recommend it!
This was £4.99.

I purchased three of the Barry M Nail Paints. I purchased 66 Matt White, 342 Nude and 290 Spring Green.
Amazing nail polishes and amazing prices!
I purchased two of these on a 2 for £5 offer and the other for the retail price of £2.99.

Rimmel is a brand that I look at the stand but don't often buy anything from as the face products are too dark for my skin. I use their eyeliner and I already have some of their nail polishes.
I purchased two more of the Rimmel Nail Polishes. I got one of the I <3 Lasting Finish Fruities polishes in 025 Strawberry Fizz and one of the I <3 Lasting Finish nail polishes in 198 Azure. Gorgeous colours and the strawberry one smells gorgeous when dry!!
These were on a 2 for £4 offer.

When a new beauty product is released, about 99% of the time, I will want to try the product!
I eventually purchased the Garnier Anti-Dark Cirles Eye Roll-On (Fair.) This was one of the products that I couldn't wait to try but I want willing to pay £10.20 on a concealer I may not like!
Superdrug had an offer on this at the beginning of September so I purchased it before I missed my chance again!
This was £4.99.

I usually have quite dry lips but during the winter they can get really dry and chapped so I decided to purchase the Nivea SOS Lip Relief and it really has helped! I would definitely recommend that it ou try this out if you have really dry lips!
This was £3.36.

I really wanted to purchase the Gillete Venus Razor but it was too expensive so I purchased the Wilkinson Sword Intuition Sensitive Razor instead. It is basically a cheaper version of the Gillete one.
This was £6.49.

Boots had a 2 for £10 offer on Maybelline products so I decided to pick up my mascara as it just ran out.
The mascara I use is the Maybelline the One-by-One Volum'Express Mascara. If up you haven't tried this yet, definitely give it a go as you won't regret it!
This is £8.49.

Also on the 2 for £10 offer I decided to pick up the Maybelline Master Precise Liquid Eyeliner. I had wanted to give this a go for a while so I chose this one. This has a felt tip style applicator which I haven't used before so I thought it would be something different to try!
This was £1.51 on the offer.

When Cutepolish uploaded her mystical mermaid nail design, my mum said she wanted me to recreate it on her nails but I couldn't afford to spend £11 on the gold OPI nail polish but the only dupe I could find when searching online was a Chanel polish. I looked in Boots and Superdrug and chose the Miss Sporty Metal Flip Nail Polish.
This was £1.99.

I purchased this recently on a buy one get one half price offer in Boots.
It is the Essie Nail Polish in Exotic Liras.
This was £7.99.

Also on the offer I purchased the Bourjois Healthy Mix Concealer.
I purchased this half price at £3.75.

If you've made it this far down the haul well done!

From Miss Selfridge my mum purchased these jeans.

These are a teal/turquoise colour.
They were £28 with the £10 off offer on these jeans.

Next are the products I purchased from Primark.

My mum purchased me a cream snood which has some gold material running through it. It is really comfortable and snugly!
This was £5.

She also purchased me these quilted pumps which are cream and have a black bow and tip with some flat silver diamante-studs.
These were £8.

My mum purchased me two tops as well.

The first was this cream blouse with a lace black collar.
This is a top for sixthform.
This was £12.

The other was this wine/burgundy loose top with a lace collar.
This was £8.

I purchased myself two packs of 160 cotton pads as I go through these like crazy and they are a lot cheaper than the Sainsbury's cotton pads I usually purchase.
These were £1 each.

I also purchased this cream and black damask print makeup bag which is really similar to my Laura Ashley makeup box. I purchased this to keep my nail art accessories in like nail files, colour wheels etc. and to take my makeup and cleanser with me if I stay round anyone's house.
This was £3.

Lastly I purchased this bow cross the body bag. I saw the pale pink version of this in Zoe or Zoella's recent Primark haul and I had to get it but I decided to get the navy version instead.
However, I went back and purchased the pale pink one too:)
These were £8 each.

I have always wanted to try the cosmetics from Topshop so with a gift card I received for my birthday, I purchased these Topshop Nail Polishes. I chose Ice Crush and Mannequin.
I'm really glad I purchased these! They are a little more pricey compared to nail polish on places like Boots and brands such as Barry M but the quality of the polishes makes it worth it!
Ice crush was £6 and Mannequin was £5.

From Sainsbury's I purchased;

I picked up three bottlse of the Simple Eye Make-Up Remover.
I purchased the first bottle for full price and the next too on an offer.
The first bottle was £3 and the other were 2 for £4.

When my Aussie heat spray ran out and I couldn't find it anywhere to purchase, my mum found me this one for half price in Sainsbury's. It is the Phil Smith SOS Rescue Spray and it is specially for protecting your hair from the heat from the irons on hair straighteners. Luckily I had enough of the Aussie spray left before I found another so I have been using this before I straighten my hair and I really like it!
This was half price at £1.99.

After scouring the Internet and looking in every store that sells Aussie whenever I had an opportunity, I finally found the Aussie Dual Personality Heat Protection and for Straightening Leave-in Spray. I grabbed it off the shelf and purchased it before they all went again!
This was £4.99.

I purchased 5 packs of the Sainsbury's Cotton Pads as I go through these like crazy!! I purchased the last two packs on an offer so I would think that these are going to last a while.
These retail at £1.60 per pack.

If you've made it this far, well done!

Next are the products I got from New Look.

First, I really wanted a red belt to wear round my lace peplum too I just showed you and I found this New Look Red Metal Edged Bow Belt which was exactly what I was looking for!
This was £3.99.

I found this gorgeous pair of New Look Wide Fit Nude Patent Peeptoe Court Shoes. I only have one pair of heels that fit me and I feel in love with these. I brought these when I found a New Look discount voucher in my local newspaper. I haven't worn these yet but hopefully I will have somewhere to wear them soon!
These were £14.99 as I had a £5 off New Look voucher from my local newspaper.

I purchased these New Look Dark Red Leggings. These are a wine/burgundy-red colour and I absolutely love them! They are very comfortable and makes any outfit a little more interesting:)
These were £7.99.

New Look is a great place to go for essential clothing so I purchased this New Look Black Vest Top as these are great quality and mine has gone missing somewhere. I have multiple colours of these and they are great!
This was £2.49.

Another item I purchased was the New Look Cream Lace Peplum Top. I saw this on its own in Chelmsford and it was my size so I tried it on. I really like this as the peplum part of the top isn't as obvious as the other peplum style tees.
This was approximately £16.99.

When shopping with one of my friends, I purchased these River Island Earrings. They had a lot to choose from but I chose a pair of owl earrings and some plain cream ball earrings.
Definitely check the River Island earrings as they are amazing quality and very cheap!
These were £1.50 each.

I had wanted this Missguided Ring for a while and decided to pick it up eventually.
It is a gorgeous teal/turquoise colour in the centre with silver for the band. I have worn this so much it changed colour quicker than I hoped!
This was £4.49.

For my friend Gemma's birthday, I brought her this Barry M Nail Paint (Peach Melba) and The Body Shop Coconut Cube.

Another friend of mine had her birthday recently too so I brought her this Fragrant Florals Medium Gift Set (Rose Scent.) This has bath salts, shower gel, hand lotion and body lotion.

I had been doing a lot of cleaning and stuff around the house in the summer so as a way of saying thank you, my mum brought me the The Big Bang Theory Box Set (Series 1-4.) I love this programme and the box set was a little under half price so was quite a bargain!!
This was £25 instead of £45 from HMV.

I purchased three of the L.A. Colors Art Deco Nail Art Stipers from the Concord Extra website. I got one in silver glitter, one white and one black.
These are great if you are a professional nail artist or if ou just love doing nail designs!
These were 99p each.

I purchased the 5 Dotting Tools by Cheeky on the Amazon website. I had originally been using cocktail sticks for my designs so I decided to purchase these tools. They were a great buy and I would definitely recommend that you check them out if you love creating nail art.
 These were £3.99.

From Wilkinson I got;

Whilst on the hunt for another bottle of my Aussie heat spray, I stumbled across these Wilkinson's Hair Mists. I got one in fruity berry and one in fruity citrus. These smell gorgeous and are really nice on your hair!
These were £1.50 each or 2 for £2.

I also purchased the Dove Go Fresh Deodorant (Pomegranate and Lemon Verbena Scent.) It smells nice and it works! I don't really know what else I can say about it:)
 This was £3.24.

A couple of weeks ago, Cutepolish uploaded a new video to YouTube and I really wanted to recreate the design. I looked in Boots and Superdrug for a similar glitter polish as the one she used isn't available in the UK. After looking, I went onto eBay and found the nail polish she used and as I couldn't find anything similar I decided to purchase it. It is the Milani Jewel FX Nail Lacquer (530 Gems.)
This was £6.21 for the nail polish and delivery from California.

 Almost finished!

Towards the end of September, me and my mum attended the Olympia Beauty Show in London.
I was hoping to write a separate post for the show but I was a bit excited to take any pictures!
This is basically an event with roughly 411 different brands all in one room with large discounts on their products. They had brands like China Glaze, OPI, Essie, Nubar and more!
I went immediately towards the OPI stand and purchased 5 nail polishes.
I purchased the OPI Top Coat, OPI Base Coat and three OPI Nail Lacquers in Cozu-Melted in the Sun, Elephantastic Pink and Kiss on the Chic.
These were £5.80 each rather than the usual retail price of £11.
I purchased the Pro Impressions Boomerang Nail Files. These were a pack of two and it is a lot easier to file nails with these as they are shaped in a more natural shape!
These were 99p.

I only purchased one Essie Nail Polish in Coral Reef. This is a gorgeous red/coral colour and the pigmentation is amazing! I will definitely be buying more Essie polishes in the future:)
This was £5.65.

Finally at the show we went to the NYX stand and I purchased two products.
I chose the NYX Concealer Jar (Porcelain) which is a little too pale for me but I haven't tested it out enough yet.
I also purchased the NYX Lip Plumper (Kim) which is a gorgeous peachy-coral colour which I can't wait to try out!
The concealer was £3 and the lipgloss was £5.

So that's it for my collective haul! I hope you liked it:)

Will you like to see more collective hauls? Have you tried any of these products?
