Space NK Splurge

It wouldn't be normal for me to start blogging again and not upload a haul post. It's no secret that I'm completely useless when it comes to saving money and makeup is a weakness for me, especially new releases. These are products I've received from a few orders I placed since the beginning of the year, luckily I had some points saved up and managed to find a code or two. I'm obviously using the fact that I essentially saved money from using points, was in desperate need of some retail therapy and that I'm making this into a blog post to try and justify my spending ~oops~.

>>NARS Sheer Glow<< is without a doubt my favourite foundation so when I heard that they were releasing a new one I obviously wanted to try it. NARS describe it to be a 16-hour, high coverage, untraceable, unstoppable, lightweight and radiant foundation. I haven't seen a huge amount of reviews on this but I've heard it to be a middleman between both >>Sheer Glow<< and >>All Day Luminous<< which I also love. The only thing I'm disappointed about is that this wasn't released in my usual shade.

I hadn't actually heard anything about this until I saw it on the Space NK new in section but I instantly knew I had to have it. It is a warm pink shade with a luminous highlight running through it which is simply ~gorgeous~ and the perfect shade for spring.

Hourglass never disappoint me with their limited edition palettes and although I ummed and ahhed about this for a while and looked up countless swatches, it is no exception. I'm a massive fan of the >>Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blushes<< so I've got very high hopes for these highlighters!

I usually try to look for reviews before buying any new beauty products but this instantly grabbed my attention and as it is a very new release, I couldn't find out too much about it. As someone with dark circles, layering on concealer can help to some extent with coverage but it isn't quite brightening enough. This sounded like something that could give that extra boost and the concept of it just seemed a little different.

Becca highlighters are just ~incredible~>>Champagne Pop<< is one of my favourites and I'm sure that this won't be any different. Shade wise this is very different to anything I've ever seen. It's described as buttery-white with a soft pink gold pearl so I'm very interested to see how this looks on the skin.

NARS are killing it at the moment and I'm speechless when it comes to this palette. Honestly, some of these shades are little more out there for me but I can tell I'm still going to get a lot of use out of it. Within the 12 shades, there's a mix of matte, satin and glittery metallic shades so there's no limit to the looks you can create with this.

What new releases have you been tempted into splurging on recently?

Bye for now xxx
