Friday Favourites - Eye Products!

Hello everyone!

So it's Friday and I'm back with another Friday Favourites post for you today!
Apologies for not being able to post a Friday Favourites last week but if you have like my Facebook page for my blog then you will have read why I was unable to post:)

Now let's start this Friday Favourites!
It is all about eye products for this post and I have 7 products to include! (one I forgot to include in the picture below)

First up is my favourite product out of all of these and it is the Maybelline The One-by-One Volum'Express Mascara.
This is the best mascara I have used and I've just repurchased my third tube. It covers every lash without clumping, separates all your eyelashes whilst giving them a slight curl.
*This retails at £8.49 for 10.4ml and is currently on a 2 for £10 Maybelline offer in Boots stores and on a 3 for 2 offer in Superdrug stores.*

Next up is the Rimmel Glam'Eyes Professional Liquid Liner.
I am currently using my second bottle. This is so easy to apply, lasts all day and the bottle lasts forever as well! You can use this is make both thick and thin lines, great for you to draw the perfect line you want.
Read my full review on this eyeliner here.
*This retails at £5.29 for 3.5ml.*

Next is another eyeliner which is a new purchase and will be featured in my collective haul post. It is the Maybelline Master Precise Liquid Eyeliner.
This has a felt-tip style applicator which I didn't think I would like but I really do! It makes applying liquid eyeliner even easier than with a brush. You can make a really thick or thin line with this and the applicator helps you to get the liner close to your lashes.
I really recommend this!
*This retails at £5.99 and is currently on a 2 for £10 offer in Boots and on a 3 for 2 offer in Superdrug.*

This is the Garnier Anti-dark Circles Tinted Eye Roll-on.
This is also a new purchase. I have always wanted to try this but I wasn't willing to pay £10.20 for it! I purchased this from Superdrug while it was on offer for £4.99 and I'm really happy I did! This is a great concealer for under-eye darkness but I'm not sure if I agree with the claim from Garnier for it to help to reduce dark cirles. However, I do recommend this as it is also really refreshing, especially early in the morning!
*This retails between £9.99 and £10.20 for 15ml but is currently on a 2 for £12 offer in Boots and is still £4.99 in Superdrug.*

Next is the e.l.f. Mineral Eye Brightener.
I recieved this when I won their competition earlier this year for £50 worth of free e.l.f. makeup. I have used this and stopped and gone back to it a few times but I am starting to use this again and I'm happy I am:) If you use this on the inner-corner of your eye, it really does help to brighten them up and it can also be used to set your under-eye concealer.
*This retails at £3.50 for 0.85g.*

Next is the Maybelline Mono Eyeshadow - 605 Naked Beige.

I'm not really an eyeshadow type of person but I really love this shade! It is a really gorgeous nude-shimmery gold shade. This can be placed all over the lid and can also be used on the inner-corner of the eye. I haven't tried this but you may be able to use this as a brow-bone highlight as it is quite pale:)
*This retails at £4.09 and is also part of the 2 for £10 offer in Boots and the 3 for 2 offer in Superdrug.*

The last product which isn't pictured in the first image but it is the e.l.f. Studio Mini Eyelash Curler.

This is a truly great product and is perfect for anyone who has a unusual eyeshape and finds it hard to use full eyelash curlers. This also helps to grab and of the smaller eyelashes especially on the outer-corner of the eye. I recommend this to anyone!
*This retails at £3.75.*

That's it for the Friday Favourites this week!

Here's a quick sneak peek into my collective haul post! I haven't purchased everything I want/need yet but here's what I have to include already:)

Thanks for reading!

Friday Favourites - 10 Products I Would Repurchase!

Hello everyone!

I'm sorry I haven't been able to post since my last Friday Favourites but my A-Levels have been taking up too much of my time.
Anyway, I'm back with another Friday Favourites today and I thought I would do the '10 Products I Would Repurchase!' tag for my favourites seing as they are all my favourites!

The point of the tag is to imagine if all of your makeup went missing or got stolen then what would be the 10 products you would repurchase first. These products are all my everyday makeup products except the lipstick which I don't wear to school.

I apologise in advance for the images but I had to take them in the evening, using artifical light and I had to use the camera flash for you to be able to see the products:)

The first three are;

(Left to right)
Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation (51)
I love this foundation and I would repurchase this would a second thought! I love the finished look of this foundation and it covers really well. If I could only use one foundation for the rest of my life then it would be this one! I really recommend this as it lasts all day and you really get what you pay for!
This also smells amazing!

Garnier Anti-Dark Circles Eye Roll-On (Fair)
This is a recent purchase and will be included in my collective haul post when I have finished my shopping for a while and can upload the post. This is so refreshing to apply in the morning because it is cool on the under-eye area. This gives a relatively good amount of coverage but if you're like me and have really bad dark circles then you will have to use another concealer on top but nevertheless, I would repurchase this but only on offer and not for the full £10.20!

Bourjois Healthy Mix Concealer (51)
Like with the Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation, this covers great, smells lovely and lasts all day! I would definitely repurchase this and I would also recommend it to anyone and everyone who asks me for which concealer they should buy. This is also great for the under-eye area:)

(Left to right)
e.l.f. Studio Translucent Matifying Powder
This is the newest powder I have and in three words - I love it! This is the best powder I have used and it lasts all day! Even though I would have to order this offline, it would be the first powder I think off repurchasing:) If you have oily skin or just need a powder to set your makeup all day, then for £3.75 I definitely recommend this!

e.l.f. Studio Blush (Tickled Pink)
This is actually the only blush I own but it gives a lovely wash of pink to the cheeks. This looks a little shimmery in the packaging but is matte when applied and blended into the skin. This is a great product for you if you don't like really pigmented blushes and only like a sheer wash of colour to your cheeks:)

(Left to right)
Maybelline The One-by-One Volum'Express Mascara (Black)
This is the best mascara I have used and I need to repurchase it soon as it is almost empty. I have finished two tubes/bottles of this mascara now and I love it more than any other I have tried. This really seperates your lashes and makes them look amazing! Give this a try if you need a new mascara:)

Rimmel Glam'Eyes Liquid Liner (Black)
Normally I have to purchase many different products until I find the perfect one for me but with liquid eyeliner, this was the second one I tried and have repurchased it. I love this eyeliner, it is so easy to apply and the bottle lasts for ages! I would recommend this to anyone:)

(Left to right)
Rimmel Kate Moss Lasting Finish Lipstick (03)
This is a great nude lipstick and it has a great formula. The smell is gorgeous and it applies really well! I love this lipstick and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a nude everyday lipstick:)

Nivea SOS Lip Relief
This is also a new purchase but I love it already! A few seconds after applying this you will feel your lips going really cool and refreshed. This has made my lips a lot less cracked in about 3 days so I am really happy about this!

This is the 10th product I would repurchase and it is the e.l.f. Studio Makeup Mist & Set. This is like a product from heaven for anyone who doesn't want to have to touch up their makeup during the day! This makes your makeup last all day without making your skin go oily. I would repurchase this without any thought and I recommend it to anyone!

Now for some beauty bad news:(
If you read my blog and have seen my nail posts and videos then you would have noticed that my nails are very long which is great for designs! However, one of my longest nails broke:( Now some of you are probably thinking 'it's just a nail, get over it!!' but it got ripped off the skin and when I looked down, my nail was facing me whilst bleeding for over an hour..... See the picture below to see my nail now and how much broke off!

Thanks for reading and I'm sorry if I rambled too much!
I hope this was helpful for all of you:)

What products would you repurchase? What would you like to see next week?

Friday Favourites - Powder Brushes!

Hello m'lovelies!

So it's Fridaaayy and I'm back with another Friday Favourites post for you!
This Friday Favourites is going to be for powder brushes and I will apologise in advance for the extremely bad lighting in the pictures!

So I have 5 brushes to inclue in this post and first up is....

This is the e.l.f. Studio Powder Brush. This brush is great for buffing in powder and would be great for powder foundation! The bristles are very densely packed but is still great for powder application.
The best way to use this brush would be to dab the powder and then around the hair-line and the edge of the face it is best to blend it out so it doesn't look cakey.
Nevertheless, this is a great brush!
*This retails at £3.75*

 Next up is....

This is the e.l.f. Studio Complexion Brush. This is such a lovely brush to use to apply your powder!
The bristles are very densely packed so it glides on your face and doesn't make your powder look cakey.
It is a great brush and is flat inside of circular so you can apply powder to the harder places on your face more easily!
*This retails at £3.75*

This is the last e.l.f. brush and it is the e.l.f. Studio Kabuki Face Brush. This is also a brush with densely packed bristles but not as much as the powder brush!
This is a great brush and it would also be good at buffing in powder foundation. You only need a light hand with this brush to apply your powder but it doesn't look cakey.
*This retails at £6.00*

 Next up is...

This is the Blank Canvas Cosmetics (BCC) F20 HD Flat Top Kabuki/Buffer Brush.
I included this in my Friday Favourites based on foundation brushes but this works just aswell for powder as it does for foundation application!
I recommend that you apply your powder with this brush with the same technique as I suggested for the e.l.f. Studio Powder Brush:)
This is a great brush and I recommend it for anyone!

Lastly is...

This is the Blank Canvas Cosmetics (BCC) F16 Large Tapered Contour/Powder Brush.
This is the brush I have been using the most recently to apply my powder and it is definitely my favourite powder brush!
The bristles are very soft and the brush glides over the skin and sets my makeup without looking cakey at all:)
As this is tapered, you can set your under-eye concealer and makeup around your nose and other harder areas on your face. This makes your powder look really nice after it has been applied and blended around the hair-line.
I recommend this very much to everyone and I will definitely continue using this!

I'm sorry this was a short Friday Favourites post and I apologise for the quality of some of these images as I took them in the evening so the lighting wasn't very good!
However, I hope you liked this and I hope I helped you choose what brush for you to purchase to apply your powder with:)

Thanks for reading!
What's your favourite powder brush? Have you tried any of these brushes?

Starting Sixthform | Clothing Haul!

Hello m'lovelies!

I haven't been able to post since Friday because yet again my internet broke!
However, today I am going to write the haul for my sixthform clothing:)
I will write the collective haul I promised you in the next week or so as I want to purchase some things in the next couple of days.
Our dress code is black, navy or grey suits and a shirt or blouse with a collar and a sleeve (believe it or not, it is quick hard to find top with a collar and a sleeve that will be suitable!) I have one top without a sleeve but I just won't take my blazer off haha:)
I apologise in advance as the true colour of the tops isn't shown well in the images and the detailing on the skirts and blazers aren't clear either.

This is the first blazer I have and it was from H&M. It has flowery detailing on the cuffs and the lining.
The sleeves are 3/4 lengths but can be unrolled to be full sleeves.

The other blazer I got is plain black, tailored and has a cream lining with black dots.
This was from New Look.

The first shirt is from Primark and is white with black bows:)
This was only £7!

The other shirt I purchased was from H&M.
It is white with black butterflies and black ribbon to act as a belt.

I purchased one blouse from Next which is cream and has little black 'stags' all over white small black dots and red hearts.
It has a lace bit at the top and a collar over the top:)

I purchased a blouse from Primark aswell white is cream with a black collar. This doesn't have a sleeve so hopefully they won't realise!
The last top I got is also cream with black dots and has a black collar which is shaped like a bow.
This is from Dorothy Perkins.

Sorry this was a small post and I will try as hard as I can to continue posting often but I will be busy with my a-levels:)
Thanks for reading and if you would like any links to these, please be welcome to ask!
